Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with FRGD. We work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

FRGD-stocked products, including supplements fulfilled directly by FRGD, are generally processed within 2 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or major holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

U.S. Shipping

For products fulfilled directly by FRGD:

Standard Shipping: $4.95
Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $75 or more
Estimated Transit Time: 5-8 business days after the order has been processed
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Made-to-Order Apparel & Accessories

Some FRGD apparel and accessories are produced and fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners, including print-on-demand providers.

Because these products are made specifically for your order, production and shipping times may differ from products shipped directly by FRGD.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for these items will be displayed at checkout when available.

Orders With Multiple Products

Orders containing products fulfilled from different locations may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times.

For example, an order containing FRGD supplements and made-to-order apparel may be fulfilled and shipped separately.

Because separate shipments may be required, additional shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details after your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after the label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at            info@frgdsupplements.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@frgdsupplements.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos showing the issue so we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Destinations

FRGD currently focuses on shipping within the United States.

Additional destinations may become available in the future. Availability and shipping rates are determined at checkout.
